Our specialty is building custom-designed new homes, single- or double story, up to 80 squares. We custom-design to suit our land, and also meet the owners’ requirements, lifestyle, and budget. We believe that our living space should be as unique as the people living in it.

I (Kade) Khodadad Alim have been working in the construction industry from a very young age. I have hands-on experience and practical knowledge in all aspects of residential building. I have been building custom-designed new homes both for clients and to sell since 2009. I have the support of many professional contractor and, tradies, and supplier companies to complete my building projects on time and budget. With 17 years of building and practical experience, I can promise that I can deliver an exceptional result for our clients.
Our difference
On-site quality control and supervision are the most critical aspects of building a new home. You need a qualified and experienced person on site to ensure the construction works are done the way it should be. For this reason, I personally manage and supervise my construction sites to ensure that everything is done as per plans and compliant. In my opinion, site supervision is more than just organizing tradies to be on site.

Do we have any new home design or floor plans?
Yes, We have many diffierent floor plans to choose from. Also we can design from your sketches to ensure your new house is exaclty reflecting you and meets your requirements.
Are we licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully qualified domestic builder, holding personal and company licenses. KD construction (vic) pty ltd trading as profound homes license number: CDB-U49371
Do we have a building designer and surveyors?
We have a few building designers that we can recommend and work with. However, we recommend and use independent building designers, engineers, and building surveryors to ensure independent quality control and avoid conflict of interest.
Do we offer a fixed price contract?
We use master builders new home contract whcih is an industry-standard contract. We offer a fixed price for all of the items selected and decided in advance, including site cost if a soil report is available.
How long does it take to complete a typical project?
a typical double storey home construction can be completed betweek 10-12 months. Most of my projects are completed in 10 months.
